Thank you for shopping with ATLASBOOKS. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer eligible returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items should generally be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with any original packaging, when applicable

  • Accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been damaged or used after delivery, or items that cannot reasonably be resold.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a return or refund, please contact ATLASBOOKS within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or defective

We will review your request and provide return instructions when applicable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the order was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

8. Late Return Requests

Return or refund requests made more than 30 days after receiving the order may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
